| I assume u have the old AC power supply which can be upgraded to the DC and HR power supply which will eliminate noise
The HR is a low-noise electronic power source for the DC motors as found on the TecnoDec, GyroDec and Gyro SE turntables. The HR features the novel Never-Connected circuit, and has a user-adjustable speed control on its back plate
The NC (never connected circuit gives u certain benefits
Revolutionary new isolating power supply design for incorporation in high performance audio equipment Equipment never-connected directly to the mains Provides total isolation from mains pollution Substantial and consistent improvement in sound quality over all other power supply types irrespective of design, cost or complexity Design easily incorporated as a design upgrade to existing equipment
I am thinking about scrapping the internal psu for my sonus music server and having one of these externally myself as they are adaptive. (I am also having the sonos completely overhauled by Brent @ Audio Upgrades) his site and he are excellent

Hope this helps dude! Dan |

| Did you visit sir dvv? He lives out that way and has many a story to tell, it is even rumoured, but i'm not sure whether it's true, but apparently he knows a little bit about hifi, we are all still undecided whether that's true. I don't take him seriously as he doesn't own a iPod, but i'm working on him. |

| I heard a myth of a young lady with tatoos on her eye lids that only swam in the blackest lakes on the hottest days, she has no legs but a strange shaped gilled gramaphone instead..... Some say in the dead of night u can here her whistful tune bouncing off the stars The locals say she is like a broken record |

| I read up on it before and then quoted the last few points so I could get it right, is it the type of thing u are looking for then cos if u want a complete custom designed psu u wanna contact Brent @ Audio Upgrades the guys a genius and I dont think theres anything electronic wise he cant handle
If u just want my raw opinion I think the power supply is a massive integral part of any audio design and would always recommend an upgrade (to a certain degree of course) |
