Focal, are these good for a small room? I've read a few times that focal err on the bright side, so would Arcam match well to them them?

That's why I was thinking of some Arcam kit to help balance them, any way are not most speakers today bright?

I like the 705Vs. For the money I think they're great value and in some ways more honest than some of Focal's more expensive options.

Most speakers today are not bright but they will reveal a bright source very readily.
