Can anyone tell me anything about the Jamo Cornet 75 floorstanders in terms of build and sound quality? Also are they likely to be any better than my Kef Coda 9's for Rock music?

A lot of you guys recently recommended a few Tannoy models but I can't afford em.

Probably only about £50 if it was now. Suppose it depends on what I get for the Kefs really.
Why, what were you gonna suggest?

Nothing in particular stiffy I just wanted an idea to how much you had in mind. I need to have a good think at what you can buy for that price.

I can't see much improvement coming from £50. Possibly some Rega Kytes?

Have you looked in any richer sound stores, what about some of the older Qacoustics, wharfdale 9.1 diamonds?

My brother in law used to have some Jamos, they looked like the kinds of things you'd find in a club, very forthright and all boom and tizz.

Ya that's my impression of Jamo too Adam, although I haven't played with their really high end stuff, not that stiffy's in that market.

Seriously speaking, the Coda9s are probably better than most speakers that can be picked up for £50, perhaps even all! I';d expect to pay £50 for Coda9s...
